Lydia Bailys
Founder / Owner
My name is Lydia Bailys. I have trained in Performing Arts for since the age of 8 and have worked professionally in this industry for the last since I was 15.
I’ve worked on various job roles throughout the arts including acting, singing, dancing, writing, physical theatre, modelling, face painting, party princess work and party hosting for children.
I thoroughly enjoy all of these separate roles and endeavour to give the most professional yet exciting performance, no matter what the occasion.
Jessica Sheppard

Hi there! I’m Jessica. I’ve been a lifelong theatre lover turned party host who brings big energy (and I mean big, I’m 6’5”!) to every celebration. I’ve always had a passion for working with kids and creating unforgettable moments full of laughter and fun. I am excited to continue bringing magic to life with LB&Co.
Deborah Capon

​Hi my name is Deborah I have been a teacher for many years and enjoy working and being with young people. I love going to the theatre and sharing the arts with others. It is an exciting opportunity for me to start working with Lydia and the team.
Jono Lilley
Face Character
Lively and dedicated , I'm known for my outgoing nature and strong work ethic. Whether it's cheering on my favourite teams or rolling up my sleeves to help out, I bring energy and enthusiasm to everything I do. I’m an active supporter of our local social club, where I take pride in organising and participating in community events that bring people together.
Josie Tapp
Face Character, Face Painter & Party Host
Josie has a Distinction* in Performing Arts and is often appearing in local productions both amateur and professional. She is also excited to be going on a professional UK panto tour as Belle in Beauty and the Beast and is thrilled to join Lydia's team! She loves working with kids and lighting up their faces with the magic of character work, especially Princesses!
Lizzie Clough

My name is Lizzie and I’m an actor and Entertainer from Devon. I trained at Falmouth university with a BA honours in Acting and have worked professionally in TV, theatre and most recently a senior entertainment host for a top Cruise line in the US. I’m super excited to join Lydia’s team to create those special and magical memories!

Hello! My name is Tamia and I’ve grown up with a passion for all things performing arts. I’ve been apart of many forms of theatre and performance growing up and find so much joy in applying what I’ve learnt my characters! Working with Lydia is an honour as I get the special opportunity of bringing such iconic characters to life!
Alexie Kyriacou

​Hi, my name is Lexie! I've been performing since I was three and have always had a passion for the arts and storytelling. Growing up I adored all things magical and fantastical, and I hope to convey this sense of wonder to everyone I get the pleasure of performing for. I'm currently studying Acting at University and I love having the opportunity to create characters and learn new techniques. I have taken classical and contemporary vocal lessons, including Estill voice training during my first year of university. I have also achieved up to and including grade six in Ballet. I can't wait to see where my performing journey with Lydia Bailys and Co takes me!
Poppy Tonepohl

Hello! My name is Poppy Tonepohl and I am a triple threat. I am currently working towards my level 3 diploma in performing arts acting at college. I have had a passion for the performing arts since I was little and was always doing shows and productions! I was in a drama school from a very young age till I was 15 and we even put on shows on west end stages! I absolutely love fairytales and can’t wait to bring the characters to life and make the children’s dreams come true!
Rachel Bryne

Hello, My name is Rachel. I am a professional performer who trained at The Wilkes Academy of Performing arts. I started dancing from a young age and have a big passion for performing. I worked teaching children dance classes, charity shows and most recently been touring with a Circus. I look forward to joining this magical team with Lydia Bailys and making special memories for children to treasure!
Devon Riddle

Hi there! I’m Devon, an actor and model from Colorado with a passion for the performing arts. I’ve been honing my skills since I was 8 years old and have been lucky enough to perform in an average of 3 shows a year for the past decade. Some of my all-time favorites include playing ‘Ella’ in ’Cinderella’, ‘Annie’ in ‘Annie’, ‘Jane’ in Tarzan’, and ‘Madam Thenardier’ in ‘Les Miserables’. After working for my BA in Musical Theater at the University of Colorado, Boulder, I decided to move overseas to study Communications at the University of Exeter. I have spent many summers working as a camp counselor for children’s camps in Colorado. I am thrilled to bring these iconic characters to life and share the magic of Disney that I grew up loving with your kids!

Hi I'm Bryony! I've been in the performance industry for almost three years now and I am currently studying at Bristol school of acting. I'm really enthusiastic about family and children's entertainment as I believe that it's never just a "fun day out", events like these create memories that will last a lifetime. That's why I love live performing and sharing the real magic of LB&co.

Hello! My name is Archie and for my whole life I have had a massive passion for performance and entertainment since I was little. For several years I have been performing in shows, concerts and musicals in and outside of education. I have since finished my extended diploma in Musical Theatre at Exeter College and will be heading onto to continue my studies at University. Working as a part of Lydia Bailys & Company has been absolute dream come true. Every event has been magical and I can’t wait to continue this enchanting experience.
India Williams

My name is India and I've been performing my entire life. I completed a Foundation Course in Musical Theatre at Guildford School of Acting and I am now training at Ruthie Henshall's CAST. Being new to the team, Lydia, Tilly and the rest of the company have given me the warmest welcome. I love how well I've been trusted and taught so I could even be the first Alice in Wonderland! I have fallen in love with the job bringing magic to children and adults and I have learnt many new skills.
Kirsty Newman

My name's Kirsty and I've been performing since the age of 6. I'm currently training for my degree in musical theatre at Emil Dale Academy and having the most wonderful time. I'm new to Lydia Bailys and co, but have over a year of experience hosting and character performing. No other job brings quite the joy and magic that this does and I'm so excited to be a part of this beautiful company.

My name's Jack, and I have always been passionate about performing and the creative arts. I'm currently in college and am going on to study musical theatre at Performers Preparation Academy in Guildford. I have been with Lydia Bailys and Co since December 2024 and have already learnt so much from the incredible performers and creatives I am around. This has been a truly rewarding experience so far, and I can't wait to continue to develop my skills with this amazing company!

Hi, My name is Molly and I live in Somerset with my husband, son and dog. During my school days I absolutely loved getting involved in all things performing arts. Since then I have enjoyed a career in the military, travelling to many different places. My passion for performing never ceased and so years later I am back doing what I love with this wonderful company. It brings me joy to be able to bring these characters to life and put a smile on people’s faces.
Scarlett Pead

I started performing from a very young age and received classical singing training for 8 years where I discovered my love for entertainment. Currently, I am studying Musical Theatre at Emil Dale Academy where I am learning lots of incredible skills to help me progress into the industry. I love being a part of Lydia Bailys as it brings me so much joy to see the children’s excitement for the different characters and the impact that we can make. Most of all, I love being able to say ‘I get paid to be a princess’.
Holly Northcott

Hiya! I'm Holly, and as a little girl I'd always dreamed of performing and singing. I currently study at Bristol Conservatoire of theatre arts and I have been doing musical theatre for 5 years. Theatre and entertainment is my world, and I love nothing more than sharing it with people. Portraying these characters allows the growth and development of children's imaginations, and creates core memories for them - that is why working with LB&Co is so magical.
Cai Sutherland

Hey there! My name is Cai, and I’m a professionally trained actor. I grew up in Colyton and joined dozens of local productions over the years; my favourite ones were the musicals, of course! When I was still a teenager I ran summer schools for children of all ages who wanted to perform in our carnival show. Since then I have earned an Acting degree and tried all sorts of different styles of performance (new writing, book adaptations, devising original works, and more) and I have always maintained a joy for storytelling. I believe, and I delight in the fact that, the best use of my skills has been to make children happy.
